I hate heights!...but I (heart) the Monument

OMG!  I hate heights...climbing the three bajillion stairs gave me a serious stress-fest, but it was worth it!









As you already know the views from Christopher Wren's Monument are over The City and the eastern vistas of The Thames.

I got a certificate and a special gift for mum, then toddled off to find the two very special Wennies & Mandies at The Tower...whose locations were a bit muddled up, but I got there in the end!

After I found the final one I tried to hire a Boris Bike, but got hassled by two weirdoes and decided to hoof it instead.
