So, comparing the two;
Wenlock has a sort-of pointy head and Mandeville has three alien-dreads, also Mandie has one bangle, whereas Wennners has five bangles (some Wenners' bangles are coloured red, yellow, black, yellow & blue).
I think that the five bangles represent the five continents involved in the Olympic Games; Europe, America, Asia, Australia & Africa.
Being the Paralympic mascot I think the single bangle represents the whole world, but I'm not sure - I'll find out though, unless - of course, you text me the answer first!
